Lauren Llewellyn, Spotlight Award Winner: This award acknowledges the contributions of employees who go above and beyond the everyday scope of their responsibilities by exhibiting unselfish devotion to duty while enhancing the resident’s quality of life. An employee who exemplifies the high standards of The Glen.
“Lauren has the capacity, agility, professionalism and tenacity to handle such a broad range of responsibilities and changing priorities day to day. She demonstrates a gentle kindness when listening to residents. She will help them with almost any request and gives them reassurance.”
Spirit Award Winner, Shirley Ann Sepulvado: This award is given to the individual who is encouraging, supportive and friendly, they make work a better place!
“Shirley Ann is friendly, always smiling, doesn’t complain and goes above and beyond. She drives an hour to work, and an hour home and says The Glen is totally worth it!”
Rising Star Award Winner, Victoria Thomas: This award is given to employees who were hired within the current year and is someone who exhibits The Glen’s mission, vision and values by demonstrating exceptional customer service, teamwork and cooperation that exceeds normal expectations.
“Victoria is all about team work and making the residents feel special. She asks a lot of questions and learns from experiences.”
