Motorola is soon to hit the tablet market with its upcoming Xoom tablets which are dubbed as Xoom 2. This is going to be the another Android tablet which will make its initial debut today for consumers in the U.K. and Ireland. The tablets will be available in two versions—one will be a traditional 10-inch Xoom 2 with built-in options for business users and another one will be an 8.2-inch Xoom 2 Media Edition.
Both tablets will be powered by dual-core 1.2 GHz processors, and they run on Android 3.2 Honeycomb. Each of them will be Wi-Fi enabled. If we talk about the displays, then the users are surely going to get much improved visibility with their Corning’s Gorilla glass that comes with a special splash-guard coating which is designed to make them more long-lasting and stain resistant.
The two tablets offer a 1.3 megapixel camera in front in addition to a 5 MP camera on the rear, both with digital zoom, LED flash and auto focus technology.
